Dawn Pfaff continued to redefine the modern MLS landscape in 2025, leading State Listings Inc. and My State MLS to a landmark year. With a membership surpassing 85,000 professionals nationwide, Pfaff’s vision of a borderless industry is now a reality.

Last year, she spearheaded a transformative partnership with Breadlist technologies, integrating CRM access, e-signatures and a specialized social media platform for internal and client communications. Most notably, Pfaff oversaw the development of a proprietary Large Language Model (LLM) and a sophisticated AI real estate sales coach. This tool empowers agents with state-specific licensing knowledge, contract generation capabilities, and professional marketing text creation, leveling the playing field for independent brokers.

With over 25 years of experience as an appraiser, broker and investor, Pfaff’s “agent-first” philosophy is rooted in practical expertise. In 2025, she furthered this mission by launching free consultation services and multiple new listing APIs to increase data transparency.
