Emphasizing technological and professional advancement, Cooper directed the implementation of advanced tools, including a new Marketing Design Center featuring AI and automation, and a proprietary RPR Integration, making HomeSmart the first national brokerage to offer such access from listing pages. Furthermore, she oversaw the launch of SmartSigns—using QR codes and NFC tags for instant mobile property access—and expanded training through the Elevate coaching program and the integration of Ninja Selling.
