William E. Soteroff reinforced his iconic status in international real estate in 2025 by continuing to drive the division’s rapid global expansion. Under his strategic guidance, Keller Williams’ international footprint grew to include 264 market centers across more than 60 regions, with over 17,300 affiliated agents (outside the U.S. and Canada) as of Sept. 30.

Soteroff’s commitment to growth resulted in the award of new master franchises in five diverse regions, including the Cayman Islands, El Salvador, North Macedonia, Singapore and Hungary. This strategic expansion is built on Keller Williams’ world-class models, systems and technology, which are increasingly drawing entrepreneurs globally. A recognized leader in franchising with decades of experience, Soteroff has held executive roles at other major real estate brands and taught at leading business schools.
