CirclePix Simplifies Social Networking and Multiplies SEO, Exposure for Real Estate Agents and Brokers

CirclePix.com, LLC, which specializes in comprehensive, automated marketing solutions for real estate professionals, announced today that it is offering a new and improved social networking feature to its Social Networking Suite for agents and brokerages. CirclePix helps real estate agents use all major social networking platforms, which increases SEO and expands the audience to whom they communicate with and market their property listings.

“Keeping up with the world of social networking and posting to the many platforms regularly with up-to-date information is a busy and tedious process for realtors. Managing the ever-changing dynamics of social networking and training their realtors is also no small feat for brokerages,” says Robert Davis, CirclePix CEO. “CirclePix helps brokerages and realtors with these challenges by automating the process of creating property sites and videos and then posting them to social media sites.”

CirclePix offers broad-reaching social media marketing by creating automated and customized postings for property listings via the major social networking platforms — YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Blogger (and soon WordPress), and Craigslist. In the past, CirclePix posted Listing Videos to a real estate company’s main YouTube channel, Facebook page or blog. Seeing the benefit, many agents also wanted to post their Listing Videos to their personal social media accounts.

Now, CirclePix posts Property Sites and Listing Videos not only for a brokerage’s company site or channel, but tailors and posts them to agents’ personal sites. Brokerages can generate neighborhood news and it can be posted to the agents’ individual sites, multiplying SEO and reach.

In addition to automatically creating customized posts for individual agents on their personal social networking sites, CirclePix generates new postings on a pre-determined schedule, which is determined by the realtor. For example, agents can select a weekly posting on Twitter and CirclePix will tweet five different customized messages, one per week, about a property listing.

Many brokerages and realtors are attempting social networking for marketing their listings and services, to a small and varying degree, but managing the host of different and ever-changing social networking platforms as well as posting regular and relevant content for clientele is daunting for many. In fact, only 9 percent of real estate agents surveyed by CirclePix are utilizing the four major social networking platforms.
