Alan Fenn is co-founder and CEO of MLS Offers, which provides offer submission and negotiation functionality to real estate professionals in a simple and organized online environment. In this role, Fenn leads the overall direction of the company with a focus on innovation, strategy and product development.
Fenn is excited about the company’s new white-label product serving midsize to large real estate brokerages looking for a hosted offer solution fully branded to their brokerage with full access to their data.
Additionally, in February 2019, MLS Offers was issued another patent protecting its online real estate offer process. The company has an additional patent pending that will broaden its protection in this area even further.
“There is a lot of talk in the industry around providing an end-to-end transaction solution, but any solution that doesn’t facilitate the offer process is incomplete,” says Fenn. “By having the best online offer technology out there and having the process patented, we are well positioned to make a big impact on the industry.”
Fenn began his career in real estate in 2006 as a REALTOR®, selling and leasing both residential and commercial property. In 2009, he co-founded eBrokerHouse.com, a back-office transaction management platform serving high-volume listing agents and teams, before co-founding MLS Offers in 2017.
