Derek Carlson

Derek Carlson is the founder, chief executive officer, and broker of MVP Realty, which has closed over 40,000 properties and generated more than $14 billion in sales volume since the firm’s launch in 2014. Last year, Carlson and his team launched 10 new Realty ONE Group offices in Florida, with Carlson serving as CEO and broker.

Carlson noted that the change was not a merger or acquisition, but rather, the launch of 10 new companies. In less than a month, nearly 1,000 REALTORS® joined the new offices.
