Rental Beast

Ishay Grinberg is the founder and CEO of Rental Beast, a SaaS platform dedicated to simplifying the whole rental process and allowing agents to make rentals a core part of their business. Grinberg has spearheaded Rental Beast’s development of a database of over 7 million off-MLS units, a full CRM and an educational department for agents.

In 2019, Rental Beast created an agent-driven online rental application engine, Apply Now. The tool, designed to streamline the application process, is free for agents and FCRA-compliant. Rental Beast also recently announced an MLS partnership to provide Apply Now to Midwest Real Estate Data’s members.

“We believe that rentals help real estate agents who have little experience, no upcoming sales and no sphere of influence from which to generate sustainable income,” says Grinberg. “Also, when the home sales market inevitably begins its down cycle—and many economic experts argue this process has already began—the ever-present influx of rentals allows agents of all levels to keep cash flow consistent and survive.

“I’m proud of how Rental Beast can impact agents by allowing them to make rentals a core part of their business, put money into their pockets immediately and build a pipeline of future homebuyers.”

Grinberg began his real estate career in New York City. After 15 years working as an agent and broker, he saw the need for a comprehensive database and online platform to help all parties navigate the rental experience. From there, he decided to move to Boston and start Rental Beast.
