Kuba Jewgieniew is responsible for crafting Realty ONE Group’s vision and strategic direction. Under his leadership, the company continued to grow in 2021. It now includes over 17,000 real estate professionals in more than 300 locations across the United States and Canada. The company’s sales volume and number of offices opened increased substantially in the past year. In 2021, Realty ONE Group also announced expansions in Singapore, Spain and Costa Rica.

Jewgieniew supports a variety of initiatives to give back to communities around the world. Realty ONE Group’s “ONE Tree, ONE World” program worked toward its goal of planting 111,111 new trees in 2021, and the company’s ONE Cares 501(c)3 organization donated hundreds of thousands of dollars and volunteer hours to nonprofits that benefit communities all over the globe.

“There is nothing more important than positively affecting people and creating change for the greater good,” Jewgieniew says.
