After taking on her new role at the beginning of 2021, Olivia Curley has embraced her legal duties in a way that embodies the eXp spirit of innovation through creative problem-solving skills and value of community. She spearheaded the automation of the company’s annual Proxy Statement, which pulls information from integrated trackers, and digitizes and streamlines corporate compliance tasks, including their annual D&O Questionnaire. In addition to saving on costs and significantly reducing compliance risk, this also created more time to dedicate to identifying and building joint venture opportunities. 

“eXp continues to lead from the front as a cloud-brokerage,” says Curley. “I am proud to see innovation incorporated in traditional business departments, such as legal.” During the year, she also led and negotiated the acquisition of SUCCESS Enterprises, the launch of SUCCESS Lending and formalized new partnership offerings for agents through the eXp Partners program.
