MooveGuru is moving into the future through Scott Oakley’s focus on “creating a data hub for consumers.”
As of 2022, MooveGuru has 370,000 agents and loan officers using its platforms. Last year, Oakley and his team built HomeKeepr, a homeownership platform that the consumer uses to manage every aspect of their home. Within the portal the consumer can view all public records about their home, and access over 320,000 home-pro contractors in the HomeKeepr contractor network. The portal also stores all closing documents from the title company and more.
HomeKeepr has integrations into 70 software platforms to pull and push data, such as Dotloop, Dash, Command, Exit, Skysope, etc. The agents and loan officers get insights into the buying and selling behaviors using its Mover Intelligence score. This helps them know which in their sphere are looking to buy and sell.
