Reply! Offers Three New Features, Meeting Consumer Demand

RISMEDIA, Feb. 5, 2007-Reply!, the "pay as you go" real estate lead generator, is working hard to meet the consumer demand. By creating a source to access more information, conveniently, the consumer and agent or broker can utilize new technology that supports the changing role of the agent or broker in the dawn of a new era for the real estate industry.

There are over 70 million homes across the country currently listed on Reply!. While the site offers tools for home valuations, neighborhood research, mortgage home loans, moving, credit reports, and unsolicited offers for home buyers and sellers, they recently have added three new features to improve customer satisfaction. The three new tools include the unsolicited offers feature, customer ratings and reviews, as well as access to a local real estate agent.

1. The Unsolicited Offers feature – Consumers can make official, free, unsolicited offers on any home in America. It is a good fit for those who have always had a particular dream home in mind, or who have been eyeing their neighbors' house for years, but it's never been up for sale.

2. The Customer Ratings and Reviews feature – This feature gives consumers access to a growing database of customer reviews and ratings, not only on the homes listed on Reply!, but also on the neighborhoods themselves, allowing them to make more knowledgeable decisions regarding their move.

3. Access to a Local Real Estate Agent – Consumers have access to a local real estate agent and over 17,000 local service providers (moving needs, mortgage needs, insurance needs, etc.) through Reply! if, and when, they are ready.
