RISMEDIA, Feb. 13, 2007-The Keyes Company, a residential and commercial real estate firm with 32 offices spanning Southeast and Central Florida, has opened a new international location in Panama. The new office will serve clients in Central America while creating additional visibility for Keyes Company properties in the U.S. The Panama office will be headed by Modesto Castaner, former District Sales Manager of Keyes Miami Lakes Branch Office.
"Our international clientele is very interested in exploring real estate here in Florida, and Central America's residents and visitors are seeking opportunities in Panama as well. Keyes Panama will serve both sets of clientele", said Mike Pappas, President/CEO of Keyes.
"The opening of the Panama office, headed by Modesto Castanar, created the perfect opportunity to merge our Miami Lakes offices into one convenient location," added Pappas. The Keyes Miami Lakes team is joining the Keyes Welcome Center office located in the lobby of the Don Shula Hotel in Miami Lakes.
Now staffed with more than 85 professionals, the Keyes Welcome Center is now poised to meet a diverse set of real estate, mortgage and title needs of residential and commercial customers. The expanded branch will be headed by Alex Ruiz, who has served as District Sales Manager for the Welcome Center since 2002.
"Miami Lakes Welcome Center on Main Street offers a beautiful ambiance for providing exposure of our listings, while enabling us to accommodate the real estate interests of visitors to the area," said Alex Ruiz. "It is the ideal location to bring our Miami Lakes experts together," noted Ruiz.
"Under Alex's continued leadership, we look forward to watching the Welcome Center grow, and with Modesto at the helm of our international location in Panama, this is shaping up to be a very exciting and successful year at Keyes," noted Pappas.
