Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate has been named Delaware’s top workplace for 2012 based on a workplace survey conducted by WorkplaceDynamics LLC earlier this spring, the company has announced.

Patterson-Schwartz ranked 1st in the category for large companies and organizations with more than 350 employees. The survey measured six critical factors including: conditions, pay and benefits, managers, execution, career and direction. Survey participants said direction, managers and conditions were among the reasons Patterson-Schwartz is a top workplace.
“We learned detailed information about the areas where we are strong as a company, and we also gained some insight that will help us grow even stronger going forward,” Pluscht says.
Patterson-Schwartz was also recognized with a specialty award for their strength in the workplace factor direction. Employees surveyed expressed great confidence in the company’s leadership and management team. They also felt Patterson-Schwartz operates by strong values and ethics.
