Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate announced recently that Sonoran Desert Lifestyles has joined its growing franchise network. Led by broker and owner Patrick Jones, the brokerage will now operate as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Sonoran Desert Lifestyles servicing the Phoenix, Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek areas. This marks the ninth U.S. brokerage to join the brand’s growing network this year.

“The team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Sonoran Desert Lifestyles is committed to helping their clients envision how a home can fit within their respective lifestyles, which mirrors our mission as a brand,” says Sherry Chris, president and CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate LLC. “Patrick inspires his team to bring a human touch to the real estate process and to create long-lasting customers – this will contribute to the brokerage’s future growth within our network.”

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Sonoran Desert Lifestyles was founded on the principle of providing exceptional customer service. Its team has been known for its in-depth community insight and design knowledge, which provide additional value to the company’s clientele.

“Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate was a natural fit for our brokerage,” says Jones. “The company understands that real estate is more than servicing a transaction, but providing information, tools and ideas to help turn a customer’s vision into a reality. Joining the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network will help us attract like-minded agents to our company, while strengthening our lifestyle brand recognition among home buyers and sellers in our markets.”

Since its inception in 2007, the brokerage has been an active participant in the Arizona business and real estate communities. Jones is the secretary of the Carefree/Cave Creek Chamber of Commerce’s executive committee and a member of the Chamber’s Board of Directors. His company actively supports local community projects and participates in volunteer events that benefit the Desert Foothills Food Bank. Jones also serves as the chairman-elect of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, which consists of more than 8,000members, and is on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®.
