Independent real estate company Asa Cox Homes announced recently that it will now operate as CENTURY 21 Asa Cox Homes, a real estate brokerage franchise affiliate of Century 21 Real Estate LLC. The company will provide residential and commercial real estate services to buyers and sellers throughout Northeast Ohio.

“CENTURY 21 Asa Cox Homes is an excellent example of the success that is possible when you combine unparalleled market knowledge with passion for their community and clients,” says Rick Davidson, president and chief executive officer, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “We are thrilled to welcome them to the CENTURY 21® System and watch them grow, expand their reach and enhance their growing positive influence throughout the state.”

Asa Cox, owner, brings 25 years of real estate experience to the table and 22 sales associates that have assisted almost 500 home buyers and sellers with their real estate needs in 2015 alone. Each year Asa Cox Homes has been in business, the company has increased sales and has never seen a down year, even throughout the recession.

“Affiliating with the CENTURY 21 brand and our mass advertising on radio, TV, and more will enable us to take our company to the next level and further ‘wow’ our clients,” says Cox. “We’re excited to leverage the learning programs, technology and marketing resources now at our disposal to deliver to our customers an unrivaled real estate experience.”

CENTURY 21 Asa Cox Homes is not only a leading office in the area, but is also well known for its strong ties to the local community and philanthropic work throughout Northeast Ohio. The brokerage created and runs Asa’s Angels, organizing supply drives for Easter, Back to School, Thanksgiving, Christmas and other moments throughout the year. Additionally, a portion of every listing and sale with Asa Cox Homes benefits the charity.

Like all firms in the CENTURY 21 Franchise System, CENTURY 21 Asa Cox Homes is independently owned and operated, and will now share the market power and benefit of affiliation with the franchisor of the iconic CENTURY 21 brand with the largest global network in the residential real estate industry.
