The Black Knight Financial Services MLS Solutions division and CRS Data announced a strategic partnership that will integrate Black Knight’s flagship multiple listing service (MLS) system, Paragon MLS, with CRS Data’s MLS Tax Suite to create one simplified solution. The combination of capabilities from Black Knight MLS Solutions and CRS Data will offer MLS members a convenient “one-stop shop” that bundles the industry’s highest-rated MLS system and powerful property tax data tools.

CRS Data President and CEO Matt Casey says, “Combining the strengths of our two systems is going to offer tremendous benefits to MLS organizations and their members by providing them with greater functionality and sophisticated tools to easily access valuable information on their mobile devices to better serve home buyers.”

Black Knight’s Paragon MLS system, which helps real estate professionals more easily manage their businesses and collaborate with clients, is compatible with all major Internet browsers and features on-the-go access via iPad and Android tablets; multi-tasking capabilities; intuitive navigation and workflow; wizards for contacts; listing maintenance; CMA presentations; and much more.

For the fourth year in a row, Black Knight’s Paragon MLS system has earned top honors in the annual Clareity MLS Customer Satisfaction Survey, scoring highest with MLS staff and end-users on key metrics for customer satisfaction, including system performance and uptime, technical support, vendor responsiveness and communications.

CRS Data’s MLS Tax Suite will integrate seamlessly into the Paragon system to give real estate professionals current tax data, detailed maps and robust features on all browsers and devices. MLS Tax Suite accesses comprehensive, up-to-date property and public records data from Black Knight Data & Analytics to help MLS members quickly find listings and FSBOs, effectively evaluate the properties and provide clients professional presentations. The product offers intuitive navigation, the ability to add home improvement values, multi-county search capabilities and optimization for mobile devices.

“Establishing a strategic relationship with a best-of-breed partner such as CRS Data provides our users with a seamlessly integrated MLS and property tax data solution,” says Black Knight Data & Analytics Vice President and Real Estate Market Leader Chip McAvoy. “Both of our companies share the same passion and dedication for the highest levels of innovation and service to our customers.”
