It’s almost time for President-elect Donald J. Trump to simply become President Trump, and start implementing his agenda. RISMedia recently explored how real estate industry experts see Trump’s return to the White House impacting housing, while Realtor.com® has opined on whether there will be a “Trump bump” for housing in 2025.
I cannot believe the impropriety (a failure to observe standards or show due honesty or modesty; improper language, behavior, or character) of the last paragraph with the thinly-veiled comment regarding breaking the industry-requirement for signed buyer-agency agreements. Anyone who suggests or promotes such is no industry expert to be quoted from or sought for advice!
It is amazing to say the least that the leader of the free world will/would deposit any trust in a convicted felon to do what is right for all of America! One just needs to go back in modern history and do a little research and they shall find out that the Grand Old Party Administrations have done nothing for Americans other than destroy our economy. Just like its previous 4 years in the White House, starting January 21st, 2025, our economy will go down and with it, the housing market. Let’s re-visit this article in perhaps 6 months and evaluate how the market is fairing and how much a dozen of eggs will be selling for and also price for gas, etc……
Anyone from NY remember how Drumpf and his awful father refused to rent apartments to black people in the 70s and 80s? Yes, that really happened. He does not care about helping people become homeowners. I have ZERO confidence that a game show host who filed for bankruptcy almost a dozen times knows anything about how to run a successful business or real estate. Look at his track record on ANYthing – casinos, buildings with just the facade of his name slapped up on it, his illegal funneling of government business to his privately owned hotels.
The cheeriness of this article like this is just another election cycle is tone deaf. To write a story about him and leave out any of his history in real estate is whitewashing the truth. That last disgraceful quote in the story says it all.
