Crye-Leike names Miller to post for Middle Tennessee and North Alabama
Crye-Leike Real Estate Services has named Katie Miller vice president and relocation director for Middle Tennessee and North Alabama. In her new role, she will oversee relocation services throughout the region, supporting individuals, families, corporate clients, and relocation partners.
Miller brings more than 23 years of real estate experience to the role and is a licensed broker in Tennessee, Alabama and Texas. A relocation specialist for many years, she has built her career on developing lasting relationships and helping clients navigate every step of the relocation process. She has also been a member of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World since 2018.
Lewis replaces Garg to lead Better Home & Finance
Vishal Garg will no longer lead Better Home & Finance, the company recently announced. The founder and former CEO was replaced days before the company scheduled its second quarter fiscal results. Newly tapped board member Daniel Lewis, a former hedge fund leader, will replace Garg as CEO on an interim basis immediately, the company said in a release.
Garg mutually agreed with the board to transition out and will remain on the company’s board. Harit Talwar, the chairman of the board, lauded Garg’s achievements including the company’s development of its Tinman origination platform.
D’Amico aligns with Corcoran Premier Realty in Orlando
Jim D’Amico, chairman of the board of Brands by Integra, has joined Central Florida luxury brokerage Corcoran Premier Realty as a part owner, the company announced. Corcoran Premier Realty is a franchisee of The Corcoran Group, held under parent company Compass International Holdings, and operates in Orlando’s higher-end housing markets. The company has been led by broker and president Chocky Burks, along with co-founders and owners Steve Healy and Matt Tomaszewski.
Sotheby’s International Realty Expands into Vietnam
Sotheby’s International Realty announced the opening of Vietnam Sotheby’s International Realty, marking the brand’s 18th office in Asia and further expanding its footprint across the continent.
Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, one of the country’s principal luxury residential markets, Vietnam Sotheby’s International Realty will serve clients and represent carefully selected luxury residential properties and developments nationwide, from established urban centers and resort destinations to emerging markets. The company is led by Chloe Dang, co-founder and chief executive officer, who will oversee the firm’s vision, strategy, client experience, and day-to-day operations.
Corcoran SRG Residential Expands Long Island Footprint
Corcoran SRG Residential, Corcoran’s first Long Island affiliate, announced the opening of its newest office in Merrick, New York, further expanding the firm’s presence across Nassau and western Suffolk counties. The new 2,600-square-foot office will serve as the company’s South Shore headquarters and will be home to existing Corcoran SRG Residential agents like Justin Rosenfeld and Alexandra Dinowitz, along with several accomplished local agents and teams joining the brokerage.
