Broker/Owner Nathan Mountain established the company in 2005 after a highly visible career as a restauranteur. The brokerage, headquartered in Lancaster, currently serves Lancaster and York counties in central Pennsylvania. Mountain puts the firm’s 18 agents first, regularly leading training courses and making himself available day or night for support.
