Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate LLC has announced that it has acquired the assets of Lanham and Associates in Fort Lauderdale.  Lanham and Associates will now operate under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.

“We are very pleased to welcome the professionals of Lanham and Associates,” said Clark Toole, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate in Florida, which is part of NRT LLC, one of the nation’s largest residential real estate brokerage companies.  “Our company is expanding operations in South Florida and seeking opportunities to grow by identifying sales associates who know the local market inside and out. This is a very talented and smart group of professionals, and they bring an excellent reputation in the industry and local community.”

Under the leadership of Gary Lanham, Lanham and Associates has provided professional real estate services to the Fort Lauderdale community for the past four years, focusing on Oakland Park, Wilton Manors and the surrounding areas. The firm’s independent sales associates bring expertise and connections from diverse backgrounds including three MBAs, two from corporate finance, an architect, an attorney, and a former school principal and college adjunct professor. Several of the sales associates are leaders in the Realtor® Association of Fort Lauderdale and in the local community. Lanham will affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate as an independent sales associate.

“Our sales associates have a strong, research-driven knowledge of the market and local trends, and are very skilled at marketing properties in both traditional media as well as online and through video and social media,” said Gary Lanham. “We are very excited to affiliate with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate and leverage their well-known brand name, technology and resources to take our business to the next level.”

Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has expanded its reach in Florida through a number of acquisitions over the past two years, including five in Brevard County (Melbourne), one in Flagler County (Palm Coast), one in Fort Myers and one in Naples.
