Van Zyl has over 15 years of Strategic Marketing experience with an emphasis in Real Estate Investment. Most recently, she was a highly successful Sales Professional for Coldwell Banker in Fort Lauderdale, a select member of the Coldwell Banker Internet Response Team for Southeast Florida, and has intense management and leadership training.
Van Zyl’s background includes Residential Property Development with extensive experience in New Construction, Renovations, International Property Investment, Foreign Currencies and Investment Property Business Planning. She also possesses a very diverse marketing portfolio that includes social network marketing, search engine optimization, strategic branding, targeted demographic marketing, and iPhone App Development.
Marcia received her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Illinois University and her M.B.A. in Venture Capital with an emphasis on Marketing Strategy and Brand Management from Imperial College in London.
