IRES Integrates CSS into Its MLS

Centralized Showing Service, Inc. (CSS), a leader in real estate showing services, has announced that Information and Real Estate Services, LLC (IRES) of Colorado has chosen to integrate the CSS scheduling function into its MLS system, which enables their 5,000+ subscribers to schedule and manage home showing appointments online.

Since 2005, CSS has been serving IRES subscribers. Real estate agents have been saving time and effort by calling one number (303-573-7469) to schedule multiple showings. As of September 16, 2014, all buyer’s agents of IRES can now schedule showing appointments directly from the “Request Showing Online” link on individual listing pages of CSS member listings in the IRES MLS system. This gives agents 24/7/365 access to scheduling appointments without having to make a phone call.

“Integrating the CSS online showing appointment function into our MLS system allows our agents greater convenience when booking appointments. Our subscribers benefit from the time and effort saved from this quick link. Time saved can be spent acquiring more listings, showing more homes and making more sales. This was an easy win for us,” Lauren Hansen, CEO of IRES, LLC.
