Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston (CBHPW) recently announced that its flagship Falls Office has been named the top office in the Coldwell Banker Southern region in closed adjusted gross commission income for Coldwell Banker offices with more than 100 sales associates and representatives. The Coldwell Banker system’s Southern region spans 14 states.

Located in North Raleigh at 5000 Falls of Neuse Road, the Falls Office was CBHPW’s original office when it was founded more than 40 years ago. The office is home to some of the Triangle’s top real estate agents and teams, representing over 600 listings and 50 new home communities.
In past years, the CBHPW Falls Office received recognition as the number one Coldwell Banker office in the Southern region as well as the Office of the Year for CBHPW. The office also earned the National Manager of the Year for Certified Residential Brokers Award from the National Association of Realtors.
