Engel & Völkers Opens New Shop in Houston

Leading international luxury real estate firm, Engel & Völkers today announced the opening of its new Houston shop, extending the brand’s comprehensive global services to real estate buyers and sellers of this established and growing metropolitan city.

“With his 28 years of real estate experience and as the founder and owner of one of the leading luxury real estate brokerages in Houston, Brooks Ballard has built a reputation of exceptional service in the area’s luxury market and shares the same commitment to quality that Engel & Völkers represents,” said Anthony Hitt, CEO Engel & Völkers North America. “We are proud to have Brooks and his team of market leading professionals representing our brand in Houston and as part of our international network.”

The partnership bring 22 agents from Brooks Ballard Fine Homes and Estates to the new Engel & Völkers Houston Intown and further solidifies the brand’s presence in the Texas marketplace complementing recently established Engel & Völkers offices in Dallas and Austin.

With the opening of the Houston shop, and the recent openings in Atlanta, Concord, Park City, Beverly Hills in the United States and in Canada; Vancouver Island, Calgary, Toronto and York, Engel & Völkers continues it growth in North America.
