LuxuryRealEstate.com Launches Three Websites in Three Weeks

RISMEDIA, March 18, 2008-The Luxury Real Estate Web Team ended a record month by successfully deploying three websites in the last three weeks of February. The three websites the team released are miamirealestate.com, ewingandclark.com and thefloridaauthority.com.

Miamirealestate.com, the website of Coral Gables, Fla.-based Audrey Ross of Christie’s Great Estates, went live on Feb. 12. Ewingandclark.com, the website of Seattle’s oldest brokerage firm Ewing & Clark, Inc., went live on Feb. 19. Thefloridaauthority.com, the website of Tampa, Fla.-based Cornerstone Properties and Investments, Inc., went live on Feb. 26.

Each of these websites is powered by LRE Realty MasterTM, a newly developed Web application for maintaining all aspects of a real-estate site: listings, leads, neighborhoods, communities, internal-document management, media files, editorial content, blogs, Search Engine Optimization information and more. These websites are all compatible with all major Web browsers.

Michael Edlund, LuxuryRealEstate.com’s Director of Technology, oversaw the creation and deployment of www.miamirealestate.com. “Mrs. Ross is a luxury-lifestyle superstar, and we wanted to create a website that matches her level of professionalism,” Edlund said. “Our design emphasizes minimalism, elegance and style since Audrey Ross will primarily target a European audience.”

Joey Pauley, a Technical Account Manager with LuxuryRealEstate.com, was in charge of the www.thefloridaauthority.com redesign. He said that he and his team added searches by grid, Google maps and Flash® maps. “In short, there are more ways for potential clients to read about listings,” Pauley said. “Property-details pages are much more readable now, plus they have Google maps built into the page and a currency converter.

Jason LeMoine, a Technical Account Manager with LuxuryRealEstate.com, took charge of the www.ewingandclark.com project. Many of the cutting-edge features in the other two websites are included in ewingandclark.com. These include the ability to search by Google maps in the Greater Seattle area, save search settings and much more.
