As principal of Calandev LLC, Fahmy, has over 25 years of experience in real estate development. According to the company, Fahmy has a long and successful track record in projects in California, and internationally.
Fahmy has been a licensed real estate broker since 1976, and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 1982. He has a Master’s of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Fahmy also has professional and graduate degrees in law from Lincoln and Golden Gate University law schools, and is a member of the State Bar of California. Prior to founding Calandev LLC, Fahmy founded the law firm of Fahmy & Booke, as well as the broker and owner of a number of highly-successful Century 21 offices in San Jose, California.
